Hosting Plan Changes :-
All of our current shared & reseller hosting plans (Windows & Linux) will no longer be available, there will be new powerful plans/pricing, however for existing customers the changes will not affect their current renewal pricing it will remain same.
Because of management system being totally different, it is not possible to migrate/transfer any of existing client (shared & reseller) to new plans.
Data Base features :-
With our new Management System, all new windows clients/users can backup/restore his Mssql database without any help! Backup/restore tools support BAK, zipped BAK (uploaded via HTTP and stored locally) and SQL scripts.
New Reseller Features :-
We will be offering Anonymous & transparent 24/7 end user support for all of new resellers, it means resellers will not have to worry about providing support for their clients.
How Does It Work?
You provide us with an email address (i.e.,
help@yourdomain.com) that we'll use to reply to your customers. Your customers will send an email to
help@yourdomain.com which will get forwarded to us. Our technicians will reply to that email from your email address making it seem as if someone from your company responded!
Sub Reseller Creation :-
All new Windows reseller clients will be able to create sub resellers under them.
Reseller Front End :-
New windows resellers will be having ability to install reseller front end/website to sell their hosting plans and domain registrations online with help of major payment gatways Paypal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net & offline payments.
Domain Registrations :-
To offer you best pricing and great domain experience we are lowering our current domain registration charges for few tld/cctld extensions, e.g. .com pricing would be between Rs. 275-300.
New Tld/cctld extensions :-
With version 2, new supported domain extensions :- .bz/ .cc/ .ws/ .eu/ .uk/ .co.uk/ .mobi any many more.
System Status
We have implemented a new system where you can view all of our servers status and service availability in real time. Dedicated Server and VPS clients will be having access to our exclusive monitoring system which monitors whole server in real time including open process, disk read/write, network usage, processor usage, memory usage, server load with extensive graphs and reports.
